A collection inspired by the glamorous and refined fashion of the Gibson’s Girls of the twentieth century, Zuhair Murad unveils a collection of majestic gowns in dewy pastels palettes, contrasting colours of black and white.
Zuhair works up his signature super-sheer nudes with strategically placed metallics embroidery in gold, silver and rose gold to sensuous effect. The show opens with dresses and pantsuits in black laces and velvets, structured shoulder lines, plunging necklines and playful play of ostrich feathers and tassels. Zuhair Murad’s Couture Fall 2017 /2018 is an evocation of women both beautiful and independent.
