Tricia Gosingtian, a well-known blogger and fashion icon in the Philippines, tied the knot with her longtime businessman boyfriend, RG Gabunada, last January 15 at the Manila Cathedral. It was a simple yet beautiful wedding true to who they were as a couple. Her father even penned a touching blog post reminiscing their journey as father and daughter through the years (go on, take a moment to read it. Trust us, it’s beautiful).
He also delivered a beautiful speech that went viral. It was the bride’s father giving tips on marriage to his son-in-law.
“I have learned that ego and pride are your greatest enemies in marriage while humility, trust, respect and unconditional love will be your greatest allies. Sacrifice a bit for each other. Defend each other with all your heart. Do what will make you happy but do what is right. Always give space for God in your life and you will be okay always.”
But before all of these took place, before Tricia and RG finally said their vows and sealed their love for one another, they flew all the way to Korea to create a breathtaking pre-wedding shoot that reminds us of scenes straight out of a romantic Korean series.
