Jeremy & Bibi's Magical Wedding in Phuket

The wedding theme was dreamy & forestry with a lot of white and touch of blush : At the ceremony, there is a 3m tall arch made from two big trees joining at the center complimented by white floral aisle and natural crossed back wooden chairs. Greenery bush with white and blush flowers centerpiece on dinner tables with white hanging on the ceiling.

Jeremy and Bibi are from Sydney, but live in NYC and wanted a wedding in Phuket. The couple spent a lot of time in Phuket before and thought they would be able to organize everything themselves. Two months before the wedding, they caved and realized they needed the help of a wedding planner. Without any hesitation, Chonlada and May at The Bridal Planner Phuket jumped on the phone with the couple and gladly took on their wedding! “We really couldn’t believe they agreed to do it given the short time frame and the requests we were asking for – but they did and not once showed any signs of being overwhelmed,” said Jeremy.

Incredibly organized (e.g. detailed run sheets, contacts, vendors). Makes you feel at ease knowing they are on top of the detail, they know where all your guests are (by name!) and where you and wife should be at all times! One of the most impressive moments was when I had to change the seating plan the night before and I realised May had memorized the name of each of my guests on that table! Amazing.
Very responsive to all our questions. This made us feel really confident in their ability, especially when you’re trying to organize from another country. There’s no English barrier at all, Chonlada speaks perfect English and is very switched on.
Respectful of our budget. Not a single dollar was unaccounted for and no surprise charges at the end of the day. Very detailed budgets and costs sheet prepared. There was some items we wanted to spend on and some we didn’t care too much about. Chonlada and May were really great at showing us the different options available to us at different budgets. Bottom line was that whatever option we took, they assured us it would look tasteful and coordinated with our overall wedding theme.

For a destination wedding, there’s a lot that you can’t foresee. But when you have wedding planner like Chonlada and May from The Bridal Planner Phuket, they make you feel at ease, no request is too hard for them and the best part, they deliver! Our wedding was absolutely amazing. Everything was above and beyond what we ever imagined.
