Wildflower, a story of revenge, centers on a girl who later was adopted and grew up to be “Ivy Aguas”, a scorned woman who seeks to avenge her parents who are killed by a rich and influential family. Whatever your takes on revenge, let’s have our attention back on that big black wedding dress worn by Maja Salvador
We caught up with Mr Arjanmar H. Rebeta, the founder of Mediarama Creatives, the photography team loop into creating these stunning visuals for Wild Flower drama about his personal take on ‘bride wearing black wedding dress’ in real life
“Black wedding gown is not a common thing in the Philippines. For old traditions, black means mourning & bad luck. So, to incorporate it to the wedding is not a practice. Personally, for us, the colour of the gown is not an issue as long as it represents the personality of the couple especially the bride. Love, is not determined by the color of the wedding gown.
However, on this TV Drama, the black color of the gown symbolizes story of revenge.”
We agree, and hands down, the best weddings are when wedding couple creates a stylish celebration they truly own – a celebration unique and stylishly about them regardless of budget.
Drama or in real life, this bride knows how to rock her black wedding dress for sure.
