Blogger Chiara Ferragni had the most magical OTT Italian Wedding

Over the weekend, fashion blogger and designer Chiara Ferragni married singer Fedez Leonardo Lucia at an extravagant Italian wedding that looks to have been lifted from the pages of a fairytale novel. If said novel featured bespoke Dior dresses, private jets, thousands of roses, a Ferris wheel, and fireworks, that is.

The couple said ‘I do’ in front of family and friends at a wedding in Sicily on Saturday at Dimora delle Balze, a secluded 19th-century palazzo in Noto.

Ahead of the pair’s wedding, the couple flew friends and family on private Alitalia flights branded with their hashtag #TheFerragnez to Sicily.

On arrival, guests were greeted to the three-day party by oversize cartoon versions of the bride and groom before attending a rehearsal dinner at Noto Bassi di Palazzo Nicolaci.

For the dinner, the bride wore a baby pink Prada cocktail dress that sparkled in the sunlight with her blonde hair styled in a half-up, half-down do.

The next day, the couple stood under a canopy of white roses, hydrangeas and greenery with Chiara wearing a high-necked Grace Kelly–inspired long-sleeved dress featuring a lace romper designed by Dior creative director, Maria Grazia Chiuri.

Chiara: So many of you asked about my make up for the wedding, so here it is: l’Absolu Rouge 510 Drama Matte on my lips, Monsieur Big waterproof mascara (my favorite) and Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage + bb cream hydrazen for my base, all by Lancome

 She teamed the look with her hair styled into a Meghan Markle-inspired chignon and a traditional white veil.

From private flight, rehearsal dinner to magical funfair wedding night…we can’t get enough from these photos!

The bride also wore a pair of white heels embalmed with ‘J’adior’ one oneside, and ‘Chiara’ on the other.

Meanwhile, her brides – including her sisters Francesa and Valentina – wore custom pink Alberta Ferretti dresses with her son dressed in matching Baby Dior.

The night turns into a fabulous all night long party…

The gown featured romantic phrases stitched into the fabric, as well as symbols from a song Fedez wrote about the couple’s relationship.

 

Later in the evening, the new mum changed into her third outfit – a Dior ballet-inspired tilled mini dress – before the newlyweds enjoyed their custom-made amusement park, which included a ferris wheel, a carousel, and finale fireworks that lit up the Italian skyline.

Some weddings are just not the same…..
